We provide FREE SHIPPING for orders of £50 and over.

For orders under £50 we charge a shipping rate of £4.

All order are sent using Royal Mail's Standard Signed service. The postal service aims to deliver your parcel within 3–5 working days and requires a signature*.

All orders are shipped directly from our store in the UK.

Please note:

* Postal service delivery is in working days and excludes day of posting, Saturdays and Sundays.

Zennor Vélo working days: Zennor Vélo can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday so please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day which is Monday.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

We cannot deliver to addresses outside the UK at this time.
